"The hotel "does the job" of a cheap night in London. The entrance is a hairdresser which is very confusing. The reception staff was clueless. They asked for ID saying they were keeping it. After a few questions, I understood he was not keeping it... There was no bodysoap in the room. The lights were on in the first room I got in so not great for the environment and it smelt of cigarette. We asked to change and the second room was fine.
