The room was great and being impeccably attended to, the bed extraordinarily comfortable, the bathroom super modern and the staff very friendly - it was perfect for us!
Room was clean and comfortable and modern but had a drains smell.the restaurant wasn’t open and the pub where you could eat was very busy and noisy. But would stay here again

Good location right above the pub. No reception area, they just take your name and give you the keys. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, however the room is not sound proof so you can hear cars as if you're on the street and there was no hot water.

Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.
The rooms are 2 floors above a pub & restaurant, fairly quiet as the 1st floor dining room insulated any pub noise. Rooms were fully modern and well attributed with coffee/tea and cookies. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful when the pub was open. There was a secure entrance/exit for hotel guests, so if needed you didn't have to go through the pub, however it was only stairs, no elevator. The food was excellent with ample menu choices. The hotel's location was just steps away from the underground subway trains which was extremely convenient. The Notting Hill area was central between downtown London and Heathrow.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the pub is excellent. Tube station is right around the corner, and the neighborhood is fantastical diverse. Will definitely come again!
The manager was very fun and welcoming. We got to talk to him a bit in the bar downstairs and had a great lunch. The location is right next to an underground station and super convenient. Highly recommend overall and will happily stay there again.
Great room with good style and comfort.
It’s above a stylish pub, but very quiet room, big bed and effective double glazing.
Good sized bathroom and shower.
We booked the Deluxe Room with a king bed at the Knight of Nottinghill through Expedia (based on a photo of a nice large room with a king bed). When we arrived however, we were put into a tiny, musty-smelling room with a double bed. We spoke with the Supervisor, who gave us 2 different stories – all the rooms are the same size and the hotel had not yet changed the photos on their web site or on Expedia; AND they did have a king room, but the one we booked had been given to someone else who had booked it 3 days prior. She offered us a different room (which was a bit larger than the first one but still very small), gave us a half-hearted apology, and said there was nothing else she could do. We pushed back and she offered us a free lunch, then a free dinner. She then relented and gave us a refund worth about one nights’ stay. Luckily, we noticed that our credit card had actually been charged instead of refunded. We spoke with the manager about this the following day, and after a few unsuccessful attempts at refunding our credit card, he shrugged his shoulders and said that there was nothing he could do, and that it was up to us to figure out why he was unable to refund our card. After arguing with him for about 20 minutes he finally agreed to give us the cash. Both the supervisor and the manager were dismissive, rude, and did not seem to understand the concept of customer service or hospitality. One star is too generous.

They need to provide more information regarding check in. This hotel is literally above a pub and there wasn’t a sign or anything to show where we should check in. When we arrived around 10am we had to wait about 30 mins till an employee was around to direct us. They should reach out to guests ahead of time or send a note. Besides this, we also had a very leaky AC that wasn’t fixed. Rooms are on the smaller side but it’s a good value for the neighborhood and the rooms although small are nicely decorated.
The property was ideally situated near to Ladbroke Grove tube station so it was easy to get anywhere in London in quite a short time. The rooms are above a trendy bar/restaurant we couldn’t hear the bar in our room which was good. The staff were pleasant but seemed a little unsure about the room so we did have to wait in the bar area but once it was sorted a lovely man took our cases upstairs to our room ( there are a lot of stairs and no lift ).The room itself was perfect it had a double bed with space all around it ,bedside tables and lights next to it. Two hanging rails with nice wooden hangers, coffee machine and pods (decaf and regular) nice choice of teas and slippers if you needed them. The bathroom had a good size shower with large rainfall shower head and molten brown products, towels provided were thick white and fluffy. The hotel kept our cases for us after check out which was great while we did some more sightseeing and shopping. We would definitely recommend and return to this property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a free drink in the bar upon arrival while we were checked in.
Once more the next evening we were given a free drink prior to ordering some food (which was very nice too).
There is only staircase access to the rooms which is something to be mindful of if you have mobility issue or large items of luggage, fortunately this was not an issue for us.
We will definitely return here again as the area is excellent for easy travel around London with the underground station only 100 yards away!
Great Location a few doors down from Ladbroke Grove Tube Station - so very handy for travel into Central London.
We stayed 4 days here, mainly due to its location near Portobello Rd markets which are a 3 mins walk away down the road directly opposite. Food is very good too, with a slight Indian Theme. Beer selection was a bit limited when we stayed, but it was mid-week. We had room 3 on the front, which was a nice room, but slightly noisy fronting onto the main road, but we are country dwellers, not used to a major city! We were given keys and an access fob to enter and leave as we liked, if the pub wasn't open, via a side door, which was perfect. We were served Tea on arrival as we filled in our Forms etc which was a nice touch. They kept our bags for us once we checked out for collection later. All in we would definitely stay here again, as its location cannot be faulted.
We’ve had an unpleasant staying. Our towels and bedding looked like washed but not clean. There were many patches on them and it’s simply not hygienic.
Our nightmare was the party in the bar down under the accommodation. They’ve said the music is off at midnight but it wasn’t and was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Nobody warned us about that. I’m really disappointed
This is not a hotel or inn. It is rooms on top of a pub. There is no check in desk. Everything had a layer of dust. It is not worth anywhere near what they charge. As a solo traveler, it made me very uncomfortable to have an entire pub full of people watch me walk up to my room; there’s absolutely no separation or security. I do not recommend.
I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

We booked a king deluxe room. We got a queen standard room, and was told by the manager(owner?) that there are no king beds. There is no front desk or entry into a hotel. There is only a pub(which opens at 11) with very small sleeping rooms(and tiny bathrooms) above it with four flights of stairs to get to the rooms.
It might work if all you have is a backpack and don’t mind cleaning the bathroom floor every time you shower.
Nice little room but very little , not sure it met the billing as premier room . Badly designed shower flooded floor easily but air conditioning and lively bedding
This room was a surprise. Above a pub it was a fantastic location in Notting Hill and it was a wonderful room. Well appointed with a great bathroom. The staff were friendly on our arrival and got us into our room early. Comfy bed and very clean
