Great old hotel in London. Worth noting it’s a big tourist hotel so you occasionally get huge coach loads of people in but the reception and staff are fantastic.

Conveniently located and affordable for the Kensington High Street area. Basic amenities are suitable. Lobby coffee shop and retail outlet are above average. However, this Grand Olde Dame is showing her age. Outdated fixtures and appointments make things a bit challenging.

the location is excellent. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine instead of a pot. Breakfast was good. The rooms need a bit of uplifting, especially on the AC front...The hot water was rarely hot, just acceptable. Nevertheless the staff was lovely. Truly. Helpful and lovely. Th elocation was excellent too. I will stay there again.
