It was inside the airport, I don't have to go outside because I was in transit for my connecting fly. Easy to transfert to have transportation for Heathrow airport.

The hotel is located at a very good place where you can walk to Big Ben (20 mins). Many restaurants nearby and the staffs are very helpful. However, the rooms a little small. Thank you, team! ❤️

Fantastic staff, great location. Clean and modern room, and it even had a north american electrical outlet which was great, since I forgot to bring a converter.
