"Nice hotel"

"Nice hotel and clean but somewhat small rooms and lacking some amenities. The hotel room was good but seemed to be limited with temperature controls and also didn’t have an in room coffee maker (there was a kettle and coffee bags though). We had one day that didn’t have hot water and the room couldn’t get warm enough even with the heat all the way up. The tub was narrow and you had to stand on a curved surface which would be challenging for some guests with mobility concerns. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is nice and posh but requires a good amount of walking to get to restaurants or metro. Kensington Palace and Garden was close enough to walk to on a nice day."
