The Air conditioning was not working, the phone was not working, the bathtub door was broken, the staff look like they did not care. I asked several times to fix the problems, and nothing was done, like I did not matter. At the end they told me that i was getting 20% discount for my troubles. It was a lie; the discount was never applied. And the worst part is that the building structure was compromised and there was construction noise all over the place. Stay away from this hotel !!!

Didn't clean the room they only fixed our bed and replace our towels and toilet paper & floor was dirty they don't even vacuum the floor or carpet. The breakfast was hassle, we pay for the breakfast to included our booking but they sent us to the other hotel to walked in the rain every day. They should've put it online that they have no breakfast in that hotel or they should not posted that they have breakfast if they only sent us somewhere. Everyday since we've arrived it's raining everyday and we have to walked under the rain just to eat our breakfast so inconvenient. Staff was good that's the only thing I can say good. The last day so noisy and the lift/elevator was so noisy and they offer me other room in our last day so I decided not to transfer as it's our last day and I didn't want hassle to packed and unpacked.

The building was under re-construction with a very small temporary entry that had limited ceiling height. I bumped my head on the way in. The first room had smokers in there previously and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room they moved us to did not have a working phone or tv. The third room was better. The primary lift is also extremely slow.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service during our recent stay at your hotel. Upon our early arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff and checked in without delay. Our first room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, although we did experience some issues with the air-conditioning. However, I truly appreciate how quickly the staff responded by moving us to another room, where the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, our six days and five nights were spectacular! Despite the construction happening during our visit, which I understand can be inconvenient, your night auditors made us feel safe and secure every evening. We were always welcomed with bright smiles, which truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for making every day of our first visit to London, England, so special. We cannot wait until the construction is complete so we can return to our home away from home in London. Best wishes to the entire hotel team as you complete your renovations. Thank you once again to the front desk staff for your outstanding hospitality!

Great location

Great stay at this well located hotel within walking distance to cafes restaurants and the tube. Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered us a larger room. This is not readily available in London.

Lovely little gem at a good price

Lovely little hotel in Earls Court, nicely-done rooms and a bargain compared to similar offers in the area. Looks a bit unpleasant on the outside as covered in scaffolding and neighbouring properties are not as nice, but no noise of construction inside and rooms at the other side of the hotel were even quieter! Super-comfy bed, decent-sized room, clean, classic and full of everything you need. Only minor issue was the TV needing some fiddling to get to work and the view was just a brick wall, but neither of those things were a bother or why we were there! Would definitely stay again, maybe next time we'd try out breakfast too...

Highly recommend!

The staff were wonderful. The rooms were superior for this price point and the hot breakfast every morning was amazing and made this property all the more valuable to me. My daughter and I had a lovely stay and it was was close to everything and a very short walk to the tube!

My second stay at that hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, just two minutes walk from earl's court station. The staff was very helpfull, espacially Maria and Alina.
