"We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. "Have stayed here a number of times. Hotel is nice. The gym is useless, not sure how they can claim they have one! Like a garage set up. They add a 5% service charge that goes to the staff. Last time I stayed I wasnt even told about it. This time the lade mentioned it but said it would be really grateful and clasped her hands praying! A hotel like this should just pay their staff properly. The carpet in my room was stained terribly. The windows at floor level and only reached my knees.....

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. "The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "

"The hotel was great for the price. Its pretty much centralised to the centre. A little less than 10 minute walk to the Tube, which is Shepherds Bush on the central line. Room was cleaned daily, with reception service on hand. They were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and updated. Room had a fan which is helpful."
