No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy

The entrance light to our room wasn’t working. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. I called to have bed sheets changed and shampoo and conditioner delivered they did not come. I was very disappointed. In the bathroom the wall paper is peeling.

The room needs to better cleaned, I literally could not walk barefoot as the only day I did the bottom of my feet were not dirty they were filthy black. The rooms need more towels and the room had no iron. Im glad I took a portable one.

The air conditioning was bad, it was hot in the rooms. No big rolling luggage carts, it took 3 trips to get 3 peoples things upto the room. Had to pay the resort fee, pool was closed the whole time. Wouldn't stay here again
