"Spacious and clean property with a great layout that allows for individual space and privacy as well as cooking and hanging out together. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Loved the very high ceilings and huge windows letting in natural light. This isn’t a super “ updated” or highly renovated flat, but is even more charming for it. Mark is a lovely guy, communicative and easy to reach. We would stay again in a heartbeat! "

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."

"We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. I really recommend it. "

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. Ignore it there is none at all. The saving grace was the staff booking in who were very courteous and the 24 hour helpline who...
