The Point A, was very considerate to hang on to our luggage since my husband and I arrived in London quite early. That allowed us to get to our other obligations with out worry. They did explain that the rooms would be clean every third day. They do provide you with two full bath towels and a bath mat, you can ask for more if you would like but outside of those two towel types, they don't have anything else. I do recommend booking a room with a window if you want a little extra space(however we didn't have an issue and utilized the underbed storage for luggage), I recommend an interior room if traffic noise is something ear plugs won't solve for you. There is about an 12 inch space to get between the sink and the shower door to actually get in the shower. The breakfast that is available is very well done in the gorgeous 1st floor of the hotel. The staff was very kind, the room had air-conditioning as well as mood lighting! I would recommend staying here.
