"Exactly what it was presented as- thorough remodel so everything new and clean. Needed extra towels and a duvet and right away brought up. Neighboring room decided to listen to music really loudly until 2:30 am- I couldn't ignore anymore so called reception and they addressed it - within 5 mins no more noise. Very conveniently located in a nice area with many amenities in a short walk( grocery, food, Earl's Court Tube ). Would stay again!"

"This hotel was fairly close to the Rarl’s Court train station. It was about a 6 mins walk. So location itself wasn’t too bad, but beware of the walk if you’ve got heavy luggage’s. The front desk person wasn’t the friendliest. I had arrived at the hotel at around noon, and since check in wasn’t until 3pm, we were offered an early check in for around $14 extra. We agreed to it so we have a place to freshen up and put all our luggages. Needless to say, our room was very tiny. The standup shower was so tiny I felt claustrophobic taking a shower. The only reason why I’m bringing up the room size is because I booked two identical rooms, one for me And one for my Sister who checked in the day after me. When she checked in to her room, her room was significantly larger than mine. I paid the same amount for both Rooms therefore o should get the same room size. That was not the case at all. Also, on my first night, I accidentally spilled something on my bed and the next day kindly asked the front desk person ( which was the same guy from when I checked in) if he could send housekeeping to change the sheets. When I got back to my room, the bed was fixed, but the sheets were still dirty and not changed. I asked the housekeeper why it wasn’t taken cared of and they said they weren’t aware and weren’t told about the issue. I do not recommend this place as they are not attentive to their guests and requests. Poor customer service. "

"Room was small and weirdly shaped. UK king size bed is a similar size to a US queen. Great to have hair dryer, tea, and coffee, and fridge in room. Staff were not overly friendly but not rude either. Pool was good. Noises through the night like rattling windows. "
