"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops/cafes/restaurants and tube station. Very close walk to tourist attractions like national history museum. Lift was handy for our pram. Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you. "

"Have stayed here several times. V. good value for central London. Good breakfast buffet. Good internet service. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - 5-10 min walk to Underground; some bus lines stop right outside. Perfect location for museums: V&A, Science, Natural History."

"The staff were so helpful. They made our special occasion stay even more special. The only downside was breakfast on the Sunday morning when all the coffee machines weren’t working. Also, one of the lifts wasn’t working for three nights. Having said that, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn. It is a great hotel! "
