"Bathroom floor was stained and clearly hadnt been mopped for months. Breakfast was basic, not a lot of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, hotel was overpriced and not worth the money."

"We stayed for 2 nights and found the accommodation suitable it was clean ! We had a room facing the street but noisy but overall the area was lovely lots of eating options train was within walking distance and easy to get into central London "

"The location is great close to train stations and buses. Close to restaurants and 2 malls. It's just the room super small I like big rooms I didn't do the reservation my friend helped me. Of course in London is super expensive so probably to get a bigger room will cost more money."

"Room is small with 2 covered over windows so no daylight. Nothing like the rooms in the picture. Thankfully we were only here for sleeping & not a relaxing time."

"Room appeared OK on first walking in however the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were the most lumpy pillows I have ever seen - they must be many years old and are extremely uncomfortable. There was no soap available in the soap dispensers. There were white stains on one of the pillows and one of the duvets."

"Good stay. They were kind enough to offer us a bigger room due to delay in cleaning. Because of the location, it was pretty noisy but all in all, good stay. Will book again."
