"Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x"
"It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful"
"The fact that dinner and breakfasts were available on site if you required them. The room I was allocated was quite large - a plus!
The staff were helpful and pleasant.
Noisy doors opening and closing was a disruption.. Complimentary biscuits would have been nice! "

"Lovely hotel, warm staff and warm cookies on arrival. We had a Superior room which was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Gardens were lovely and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and there was a huge choice available.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay ! "

That said I would stay again and free parking is a rarity these days."
