A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price.

As always another great stay. Made to feel welcome by all the staff I had contact with. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Breakfast was tasty and hot and a good choice of items. Again, the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for the casino with decent food Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
