Always like this hotel - and the staff have always been helpful. When i requested a quiet room they moved me to a room overlooking the garden area . All good, clean and comfy, complimentary water etc. They seem to have removed real ales from the bar which is a shame - although fantastic bar opposite in the station so not a biggy!
