"Free car park Spacious room but bed had clearly not been moved as there was rubbish under it Stayed in 551 - no warning that despite double glazing you hear every word of announcements at line st station - try and stay at front of hotel. Check in staff were very helpful. The young male who checked us out needed a little bit more training. Good bar attached to hotel. Didn’t eat there but restaurant was quite busy. "

"The rooms could do with a high to low dusting and maybe a deep clean in areas. The room did have everything we needed but it would have been nice to have a free bottle of water in the room. Check in was okay, kind of felt like the agent was only asking questions because he had to and he really didn’t seem interested in the answers, we also never got told that we needed to scan the key card to use the lift. The prices down in the bar are ridiculously over priced. "

"Stay was ok. Breakfast average. Room quite small and a bit claustrophobic, had window open constantly but felt due to the outside cladding, no air could get in. No major issues with stay. "

"Very close to terminal 2 with easy access via the walkway. "

"Note that the majority of ‘Classic Rooms’ are lower ground with a smaller window and little natural light. I did not feel the photos represented this, however Alex at front-of-house was really great at handling the situation and worked hard to find me an alternative. Unfortunately the only above ground classic room had one side of the bed against the wall which we found incredibly unusual and took me back to my student days. So in the end we upgraded and the manager kindly did this at a reasonable rate. The room we were then in was really lovely and airy with a lot of natural light. Comfortable and quiet and very clean. Would stay again noting the room type we would choose next time."
