We couldn't have asked for a better welcome from the staff. They were lovely. Changing things around for us due to our own circumstances, so friendly with the kids and overall really happy people. Excellent!

It’s been a while since I last stayed here, the refurbishment is lovely, the bedrooms are basic but bright, light and comfortable , excellent for a quick stay over on the motorway services!

1 night stay

Very clean and comfortable rooms which are key to any hotel stay. They had charge ports for our car which was a bonus. Rooms also had good air con which was simple to do. Bathroom was clean shower wasn't the most powerful but isn't a issue. Only downfall was we were left waiting a while to check in whilst the guy cooked food for someone. Good overall stay and would stay again

We were unsure when services breakfast and food where available , as this was not explained. Glasses in room were lacking and the foyer was very pungent of dog smell . Possibly from the vacuum ? Not being a fog fan it was very noticeable . Dangerous shelf height in room causing several knocks to head . I would stay here again but at a lower cost .

This is a hotel that is part of the services. The staff were fab & friendly. Other guests were a tad noisy & there didn't seem to be much sound proofing. I'd definitely recommend upgrading to anything other than a basic room, if there are two of you, our room was compact & bijou. Clean & tidy though I missed the fact you had to put a sign on your door if you wanted housekeeping to enter your room.
