"We came to visit Chester and the Hotel Manager- didn’t catch his name sorry but he welcomed us with warmth and made our stay special, checking with us whether everything was alright with our stay, he had some veggie sausages especially made for us for breakfast, The place is very convenient if you are visiting Chester, short drive into the city. We did the City Walls as suggested by the Manager, which covered pretty much the city followed by beautiful scenery. "

I'm a coeliac and the waiting staff couldn't do enough to make sure that what I had was GF, cooked separately, and hot The concierge staff helped immensely, pointing out places to visit as we'd never been to the area before absolutely deserve 5 stars from me for service Room(we were upgraded to a double) was well maintained, clean, and tidy and the nights sleep was as good as at home One downside...... We shared the toilet with a family of ladybirds......... "

"The only thing missing from the breakfast offering was pineapple! But overall we were very impressed with our first stay in a UK Holiday Inn, from the warm welcome at reception and the exceptionally clean room (nice touch was the handwritten welcome note on the bedside cabinet) to the standard of meals at dinner and the overall feel of the hotel. "Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"
