"For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away"

The Annex is clean, well maintained, practical and also spacious. Unwinding here was simple and if that is what you are looking for, you cannot go wrong by staying here. "We had a wonderful stay here - family of 4 and dog. The cottage is as seen on the photos; modern, clean and well equipped and the gardens are big for chilling out and the dog. Location is excellent - the forest and train station are just across the road and Liverpool, Chester and Cheshire Oaks are close by. Car parking is secure with large wooden gates and the area is peaceful. We will definitely return. "
