Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. "Stayed here for 2 nights. We had room 8. Very large, spacious room. Some updating could be done, however, everything did the job. Pool was good size and had a small area for toddlers. Only complaint we had was the room was very hot. We stayed during the heatwave, so expected warm weather, but the only opening window was in the bathroom, and upon arrival the towel heater in the bathroom was switched on. If traveling with toddlers please check this, because it is extremely hot and can be a burn risk for little hands. Overall, would stay here again."

"Great location, 10 mins from Chester. The spa was not overcrowded and the Japanese themed garden was very peaceful. Very clean and comfortable room. We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar staff were very polite and friendly. All in all, very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend. "
