The breakfast was superb, everything you could wish for…from toast and croissants and doughnuts to a full cooked breakfast. Our room was fantastic with a view of the mill from bedroom window, bathroom was great for me being disabled, being able to walk in to a wet room was a huge bonus, not available at most hotels.

Very lovely welcome by David, he couldn’t have been more helpful with our car parking and checking in. Bed offered a good night’s sleep. A good selection at breakfast. We were given a welcoming cocktail when we arrived which was a nice touch.

What a fabulous hotel?! From the moment we arrived, we loved our stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel reception area is decorated to a high standard with a quirky twist. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had.. and we have had a lot!!! We are telling everyone about this hotel and already planning our return visit! Thank you to all the staff

Quiet and comfy room, by the canal about 15 mins walk from the centre of Chester. Good selection at breakfast. Slight negative was I followed the parking directions given to park at station only to then walk to hotel and find there was parking directly outside (same price too).
