"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. "Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint."
