"The room was a little small, but nice and clean. I feel like either everyone was super quiet or the sound proofing in the hotel was very good. I didn’t hear any neighbors and slept well. Breakfast was very good, the gym is small but has a flat bench, and a couple useful machines to get a solid workout while on travel. The only thing I didn’t like was there aren’t many trash cans in the hallways and there were no wash clothes to wash your body in the shower. I guess this is an English thing but I wish I would have known that before arriving. The location is perfect, and I will likely return again in the future. "

"Very good reception staff quick and efficient, Free electric car charger was unexpected and appreciated. Facilities slightly dated and shower low pressure and c slow to drain away. Brasserie restaurant reasonably priced and good service."

"Hotel quite dated & rooms are small. Breakfast reasonable & hot! Ideal for overlooking the runway in the bar / restaurant. Staff helpful & friendly. We found their T5 PODS very convenient to use. We will book this hotel again pre flights from Heathrow T5"

"Reception person (Boris) was not helpful when i requested a room with an oxford street view and he claimed that the hotel fully booked for the next 4 days! However the next day i want to the reception desk and managed to get me an oxford view room. "
