"Menu is not extensive and a couple of items weren’t available. Soup and mint-peas just warm, not hot. Room ok but looking a little tired. Proximity to Heathrow is excellent, otherwise really nothing to get excited about - there are better coach houses than this "

El unico detalle son las condiciones de la propiedad, el elevador descompuesto, la calefacción del cuarto no sirve y las ventanas no cierran bien estan dañadas. "Charged twice for parking. Building and room in particular very tired and in need of renovation for the price they charge. Waiter messed up our breakfast both days. We stayed in room 45 which a separate building which was off the carpark beside the main building. There were flood lights for the carpark which were on a timer that didn’t switch off till after 10.30pm with very poor window coverings we all struggled to get to sleep. All in all worst hotel we’ve stayed at in many years. "
