10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, ideal location. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"I would highly recommend this hotel due to the incredible service and kindness of the employees. We arrived early and were able to check our bags easily and they assisted us with an extra bed in our room. Excellent service from the staff!"
"Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Adelaide Hotel. Although the hotel is a little tired, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were in room 11 a small double which, despite being compact, qhad everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and warm. We only had breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is approximately a 15 min walk up to the castle area. The best route was joining the Long Walk across the road through the iron gate which is lovely on a sunny day and takes you straight to the castle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we return to Windsor. Thank you to all the great staff who made it such an enjoyable stay ie, reception, restaurant staff and cleaners."
"Lovely old pub, welcoming friendly staff. Room lovely and clean. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Water, tea, coffee and even earbuds in the room. Bathroom clean with good shower gel, soap and shampoo. Lovely fresh towels . Excellant breakfast cooked to order. Added bonus of free parking and in good location. "
