The property is very close to the airport and to nearby bus stops and as well as grocery's stores. The room I was has easy view of planes landing. Though the room is a bit small but very comfortable. I will recommend anyone at anytime to this property.

Average hotel that like all other so-called Heathrow Hotels was inconvenient to get to from the airport terminal with transportation only every hour.

Not a convenient stay, even for Terminal 5 transportation on the way in. The ride to the airport was very convenient. Hotel manager was fantastic but other staff not friendly or helpful.
