"The room didn't feel overly clean and the bathroom was very tired. The staff were friendly but you often had to wait for somebody to come over to the desk. The overall design was great but looked like it wasn't being kept in the condition it should have been in."

"Welcoming staff as always. Coming off an overnight flight, it is always a relief to check in here and to have a room available straight away. The bathroom was a little shabby, but was clean. We had booked a runway view room and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and really fresh. It’s refreshing to see the same staff at breakfast. Even nicer that they recognised us. Easy to get to Heathrow Airport via the hotel hoppa bus, the service bus or an Uber. Looking forward to my next trip out of Heathrow so I can stay here again."

"As this is a hotel next to the airport, and many people have early flights, it would be good if breakfast started at 5. Rooms are a bit tired too. "
