"We just spent a week here and had 3 of the swim up rooms. THEY'RE AWESOME. Bring shoes for swimming in the ocean, the sand is sharp and hurts. The pools were nice but they need more chairs around them. Head down to the beach - there are open chairs and bars there. The restaurants were good. The rooms had AC. They are a bit stingy with the AC in the restaurants.....we were sweating more than once. Also, reserve your spot at the restaurants before your trip, there's not much availability...

"This property was beautiful. It was a little jungle oasis. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice and had a good chill vibes. My only issue with the property was that that the air conditioning in the room didnt work very well so my sleep was not great due to being hot. the staff was very helpful with all our questions telling us places to go around town and helping us a find a nice beach club. "Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones...

We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything.
