"Great little hotel right near the two main Tulum roads with parking availability in front and on the street. During our 9 day stay we felt safe and well treated. Our room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard nature, pool and bar were lovely. Great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. Our Butler Julio took especially great care of our needs, from making dinner reservations, to suggesting different activities, to making sure we were always comfortable. "Spotless room. Gym is fantastic! Offers for credit dollars are good. Shower and bathroom toiletries are very good! The only suggestion we have is to m put a small dresser or shelves in the room for our clothes."

"This was the most fun and unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are really comfortable, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is soo gorgeous. I was a bit curious about how going outside in a private courtyard to the bathroom would work, but it was totally fine. Do remember to use bug spray."

"We loved this hotel and would definitely come back. Daily breakfast was included, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You also can park your car for free in the underground parking garage. The only deterrents were that the walls seem thin and you can sometimes hear other guests, and the hotel plays very loud club beat music in the restaurant/pool area starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting all day. Otherwise it was wonderful, and we will definitely return. "
