"Room was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and even upgrades us to a nicer room with a balcony! Great location in the Old Quarter. Would stay again in if Hanoi. "

"Very nice and historic hotel in very good condition. I stayed in the old historic wing and did not regret that decision. There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and includes their famous egg coffee if you ask. "

"The breakfast was an amazing thread, with foods from all over the world, representing many cultures. The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice. "
