"Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Classic Ma May. It is a lovely hotel in a great location in the old quarter. Our room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and included a variety of foods including fresh fruit and an egg station. We had dinner two nights at the hotel after long travel/ tour days - both meals were really tasty. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and lovely for an early evening drink. All the staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Hang...

"The staff at this property is next level! They are friendly, courtesy and don’t forget a thing! I would stay here again for the staff alone, but the location is also perfect. Used the spa twice, great experience. I needed to work for a few hours and once I connected directly vs WiFi, everything was perfect. "
