Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff. "

"Generally good, great rooftop pool & bar & views but our room on the 2nd floor had issues 1 after the other, fire alarm went off for no reason, ceiling fan stopped working, aircon stopped working, de humidifier also stopped- so room was damp & smelt damp. Staff however fixed each issue as it arose promptly but would have preferred a room swap higher up! "

"Whilst the staff were very helpful and quick to double check administration errors, the room needs a bit of TLC. It smelt of stale smoke (which I suspect is the result of smoke wafting in from outside) the bed was hard, and the shower design was not very good for anyone with mobility problems. However we were happy with our co-joined rooms for our kids, was neat and spacious, and the hotel followed up quickly when our room key wasn't working. Location was great, extremely central."

"We stayed 10 nights and Jacosmo was a great choice. The staff and service were wonderful, great buffet breakfast, and location was much better than expected. We loved the spaciousness of our Balcony Jacuzzi Suite, was exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Great value!!"
