"The rooms were very pretty. They were clean and all the facilities we needed were there. The location was amazing. Everything was within a few mins walk away so it was super convenient to get around. The highlight however, was the staff. There were two girls at the reception who were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and hospitable even before and after the trip. They arranged pick up transports, the Halong Bay tour (including private transport) and also direct drop off to the airport after the cruise. Even after checkout they coordinated everything and kept me updated throughout. Anytime I had a question or request (no matter what time of day), they got back to me almost immediately. Honestly, it was by far the best service I’ve ever received in any hotel or place. Even though Vietnamese people in general (especially in the hospitality segment) are extremely nice, the staff at Indochine Premium went even above and beyond. I could go on and on about the service but I’ll stop here saying that they truly set the tone for the whole trip and set the service bar standard extremely high for me. I also just want to express my gratitude here for them and say thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality. "

"Fantastic stay here, service, amenities and location all excellent. Major construction work around the hotel but did not experience any disruption. Had a slight issue with the first room we checked in to but was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout our stay and would like to thank him and his colleagues for making our stay very pleasant."

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!"
