Very hospitable and friendly staff, they were all very attentive and made our stay enjoyable. Also located in a prime spot in Old Quarter, with a supermarket 1min away and plenty of dining options - you can enjoy Various local dining experiences all <10min walk away. Recommend a room with a balcony to sit and people watch all day!

Luxory hotel, perfect location

Great hotel, very welcoming, super friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Good views from the rooftop bar and very tasty food in the restaurant. Great location in the old quarter, close to the lake.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Minerva. It was a perfect location, within walking distance of all the important things we planned on seeing/doing. The best part of our stay was the staff, in particular, Jamie. He went above and beyond to make our visit to Hanoi one to remember. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Every single staff member we encountered radiated a genuine welcome and their recommendations for sights, dining, and activities were spot-on and enhanced our entire Hanoi experience immeasurably. When we needed to change our dates at the last minute, the staff handled everything with such grace and efficiency that what could have been stressful became seamless. They even went the extra mile to arrange our airport transfer with a private car at remarkably reasonable pricing - just one example of how they consistently anticipated our needs. Every aspect of the Minerva Premium Hotel was amazing! From the moment we made our online reservation, the staff at the Minerva was in contact with us to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. A car picked us up at the airport and the staff gave us clear precise directions on what to do and how to find our driver. We arrived at the hotel at about midnight and two lovely staff members welcomed us with fruit and refreshing drinks, the lobby smelled like flowers and was stunning. We had just traveled 30 hours from MN with very little sleep and we felt welcomed, safe, and cared for at the Minerva. We had a suite with a king-size bed, a balcony that faced the street, and a large free-standing bathtub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully done. We enjoyed the free breakfast on the tenth floor with panoramic city views, the food and service was exceptional. We also experienced happy hour and dinner at the Cocina restaurant and Velas Skybar on the roof of the building. The food was tasty, the 360° city view under the night sky was wonderful, the drinks were fun, the live music was an unexpected treat, and the staff was charming and so attentive and personable. In all of our travels we have never met a better hotel staff. They were so helpful, trustworthy, and truly cared about us. Thank you Jamie, Sun, Hai and all of the staff at The Minerva. We will be recommending your hotel to everyone.

Absolutely amazing stay! The service levels of the staff were top notch. Instead of ordering a Grab to head to the airport, they arranged a much more comfortable SUV at same cost. Great location and walking distance to all the fantastic food and attractions. Shout out to Jamie Vu, phenomenal hotel manager.

Favourite Hotel in Hanoi

This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi. We've been hotel hopping as we are travelling around north Vietnam and Minerva Premium Hotel had excellent service. From the friendliest and most accommodating staff as soon as you walk in and leave the door, to the most tastiest breakfast options in the sky dining hall. Their rooms are super clean, modern, and chic with wide spaces for comfort. They have a great location within the old quarter and give local suggestions of things to see and try. We had a late flight and they have shower facilities after check out. All the staff were helpful, exemplary and cheerful, most especially Kate at reception.

Perfect location and good value for your money!

We chose to stay at this hotel for being in the heart of Old Quarter. I was initially concerned about noise in the area but the hotel is rather on a quiet street and away from the bars. Initially I booked a standard room (no window) and was proactively informed that these rooms have no window so cancelled and rebooked a balcony room which caused a problem in their systems and we were given a standard room at check-in. Once I realized the issue and complained the hotel manager Mr Jamie did everything he can to make it up to us, including refunding the difference and upgrading us to a cathedral view balcony room (nothing exceptional anout the view as seen in my pictures but much bigger room), free couple's massage and drinks at the bar. We knew the buildings at old quarter are old and we expected some issues but the hotel is renovated and we had no issues with water or a/c. Although the walls are thin and you can hear loud guests at night especially if you stay in a standard room. Breakfast is fair for the price and service is good. All staff was very helpful and kind. There are countless dining options and shops around the hotel. So if you are looking for luxury go for a hotel at French quarter but if you are looking for convenience and agfirdability stay at the Old quarter.

Unforgettable - TopNotch comfort & lovely servic

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom was clean and also well-sized. Water pressure and hot heater all worked well. The beds were firm, pillows and duvet were perfect. The only downside to our room was the lack of a proper window-the one above our bed had poor insulation and we felt a draft over our heads at night when we opened the window shade. The location of the hotel was superb- easily accessible by ride shares, close to eateries, a grocery, St Joseph’s cathedral and the lake. The hotel pick up service, though with a fee was comfortable and on time. The best part were the people and service - front desk staff Jamie, Steve and Sun were exceptional- they made our family feel at home & catered to our needs. Our kids love Sun who is knowledgeable and sweet. Jamie was easy to communicate with even before we arrived at the hotel. Daily breakfast buffet was a highlight- food was tasty and slightly different everyday so it was never boring. This will be our family’s choice again if we come to visit Hanoi. It was unforgettable staying here! Loved it.

The staff were the best part of the hotel, everyone was so friendly and courteous. Gave us great recommendations and suggestions for food and logistics. The hotel itself was in a busy but convenient location with clean rooms. The only suggestion would be give guests more discount when visiting the rooftop bar.

A hotel which deserves it's name. Minerva Premium Hotel gives you a real premium experience. The rooms are big, super clean and well equipped. The AC is powerful and the breakfast is amazing. Definitely go for the pho soup in the morning. What stood out exceptionally was the service by the reception, especially by Sun. She is such a kind and hard working person and helped us a lot to have an unforgettable stay in Hanoi and Bai tu long.
