"Check-in: We were welcomed by the front desk staff (Molly) who provided us some useful information on exploring the city. They also served fruits platter and juices which beyond our expectation. Overall good experience and conversation. Room: Our room has been decorated for 2 days to celebrate 11th anniversary with my girlfriend. It is complimentary and lovely. The housekeeping team did a very good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the room. "

"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"Characterful hotel. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Staff were lovely. Enjoyed rooftop pool. Could do with a bit of a clean up/ maintenance around spa area. Steam room handle is all decayed and coming apart leaving pieces of mouldy wood everywhere. Flickering light by pool. Pool fountain not working. "
