Solaria d'Oriente Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Really fantastic hotel experience in Hanoi. One of the best breakfast buffet’s in all my travels, and the staff was just wonderful. Really clean and super quiet even though it is in a great location just outside of the Old Quarter, in a busy area. Highly recommend, true 10/10"

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"Camellia went above and beyond for us when we saw her! All the staff we interacted with has been 10/5 stars. The door man has SLID to grab the door before I could. They let us have later check out and arranged a shower for us in the gym for after we checked out because our pickup to the next location was around 7pm vs 1pm and we wanted to be fresh before we headed on the road. The rooms were great too, A/C worked great, water was hot, no problems with toilet. Breakfast was super great we ate breakfast almost everyday we were there. You get to order and use the buffet,"

The Hanoi Signature Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel staff were very welcoming and we got a cold drink and a cookie as they sorted out our check in. The bellhops were energetic, opening the door for us each time and quick to help carry bags. They were also happy to help carry bags to taxis etc. The rooms were neat and tidy and airconditioned. The breakfast room was small and could get crowded, depending on timings. It is nicely located in the French Quarter, in easy walking distance of Train Street if you want to have a drink by the side of the rail tracks while the train goes past. We had 2 separate stays of a night each and both rooms were good. It is a good value for money hotel in a convenient tourist part of Hanoi."

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"Close to the lake and church. Hotel staff was very nice. Sleep was good as we didn’t hear any outside noise from the business in the Old Quarter. Thanks!"

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent

"I had a really great stay at Signature du Lac. The staff were amazing, the property was lovely, and the food was excellent. I had dinner served at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, and the afternoon tea is definitely worth trying too. I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was wonderful! I’d recommend booking a room with a window, as some rooms don’t have one (this is clearly mentioned when booking). My only complaint would be the 4% surcharge for credit card payments. I noticed this at other hotels in Hanoi too, but I think it’s unnecessary and something they should reconsider. Other than that, I really can’t fault the place. They seem to get everything right, and I’d happily stay here again!"

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Our balcony room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful with planning tours and airport transfers. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the city views with happy hour drinks and delicious dinner options. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Hanoi Solis Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was always clean. They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi, especially because of the wonderful staff!"

Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Good for the price. The hotel does show its age."

Noi Bai Horizon Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is a top notch hotel in every way! Impeccable service and staff, clean comfortable room, 5 minutes drive to and from airport makes this an ideal transit or long layover hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m passing through Hanoi."
