"My stay at the Lotus Boutique was great the staff where very attentive and happy our room was large and with a great view over the city . The staff where fantastic Helpful and very nice always smiling and happy to be around We got the room we booked and it was clean and well appointed Very clean bathroom Cleaning staff did a great job each day , Front of house where always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great fresh cooked eggs and pho Fruit was great and fresh made coffee The best Would recommend anyone coming to Hanoi this hotel."
