"Would give this hotel 100 stars if I could, had the best time here! Location of the hotel is splendid, near to all the hot spots but not too crowded and not noisy at the same time. Staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. Room is spacious, clean and amenities are wonderful (spa, pool, gym etc.). This hotel just feels very luxurious for its price and I would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"

"We had a really nice stay here. For the price we paid, it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which made it very easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but what really stood out were the staff, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price. We would happily stay here again."
