There are loads of wonderful restaurants around and it is the ideal location for day trips (most tours will collect you from the lobby). "Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so that was not an issue for us. "
