Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so this was down to our expectations. The staff made our stay memorable, and we would recommend the hotel for its wonderful hospitality.
