Noi Bai Horizon Hotel is an excellent choice to stay near the airport. It is clean, offers an airport shuttle, and the on-site restaurant serves very good food. There is a rooftop pool with a great view of the runway and planes coming in. The best part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They aim to please!

I only stayed for a few overnight hours during a long layover. It is only about five minutes drive from the airport. The executive suite/balcony was just as pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. They also provided transportation to the airport for my early flight.

The room was beautiful, including a spacious and well equipped bathroom and a little balcony. Cleanliness was impeccable, and staff's friendliness and helpfulness was excellent. The hotel is close to the end of the runway, so there may be noise. The rooms are reasonably well sound proofed so I did not need the provided ear plugs to sleep. If you want to stroll around and see things, this is not your area, but for a business stay with work in the area, or after and prior departure, I recommend this place wholeheartedly!.

This was our first hotel in Hanoi and it was our favorite. There is someone that comes to help you with your bags!! The room was cleans and the beds were very comfortable almost like new! The only down fall was that it is 40 min from the city. It is walking distance to the airport, but far from everything else. It says spa but there was no spa available when I went, but there is one next door. It was a little hard to find because it is in an alley. The staff was so helpful, very attentive, they heard my daughter wasn't feeling well and continued to check in on her. ( So sweet). We planned to stay one night when we flew in and relocate to the city center but because my kid was under the weather we extended and it that process was easy and smooth. They have a pool and seating on the roof top, They have a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning and offer lunch and dinner services.
