The property is beautifully maintained and always spotless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The food is excellent, with a large variety of delicious options for everyone. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day, making every stay fun and relaxing. We always have an amazing experience here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back ."

"Only thing i didnt like was theres only room service if your elite and YOU GOTTA BEG FOR THEM TO GIVE U A RIDE TO YOUR ROOM IN THE CARTS ( theres little at least 30-50 carts!) my room was located at the furthest end of the resort... its a good 15 minute walk to the lobby and IT TURNS INTO A HORRIBLE ONE WHEN YOU HAVE SO MUCH HEAVY LUGGAGE"

"We had a great visit at the Riu Palace. We traveled with friends and took advantage of the free transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is just as beautiful as when we were there 18 months ago. Even though the beach was full of sargassum the pools had enough seating for everyone. Food was fantastic although I missed being able to have pastor tacos every day. Service is great and the piano player in the lobby is a special touch. Rooms are well appointed. I love how I don’t feel nickel and dimed at every corner at this resort. The staff feels generous, which is refreshing. Will return again! Tempted to try another Riu palace but I don’t think I can quit this one."
