"First, the team was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa team is excellent, especially the spa hostess. The restaurant teams provide great service and everyone is so friendly. I cant say enough great things. And for being in the old quarter, the rooms are very quiet. "

"Special thanks to all the staff who were super professional. Thanks to Anna, Jennie, Mia, Hang always around to help. Spend a night there then the next day had to go for my halong bay trip for 2 nights (booked with Jennie via email), asked Anna if i can keep my suitcase in the hotel. Without any hesitation he welcomed my favour and told me I don't have to worry about anything. Next day upon check out my lovely Anna gave me some extra mineral water without any charges. Back from the tours, Anna welcomed me back with hugs and room was ready. Anna assisted me with my hotel pickup, and arranged everything. Location is few minutes to old quarter, easy to walk around and super safe. Again thanks again to the staff. You’ve been amazing. Will be back for sure"
