Amazing experience and location. Walking distance to majority of sites, or quick grab ride away. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to safely leave our luggage after check out to continue exploring before our departure. Beer street was fun in the evening! Sky bar cocktails were delicious.

Staff went beyond duty to make ur stay luxurious and comfortable. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and location is super central to everything. Night market, beer garden is right at the door but cant hear noise in the room. Loved it. Has a sister hotel (indochin Le major) 2 mins away which has amazing spa.

We had booked a cheap room with no windows and upon arriving had been upgraded. The staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby the day we left as had to wait for taxi at 11.30 am. The breakfast was great and staff up there very helpful too. The hotel had great communication and sorting out pick up from the airport was easy. Very grateful to the staff

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Anh (Jane), I believe is the hotel manager and went to every effort to assist me. It is located in the heart of the Old Quarter on beer street and can be intense for the first timer coming in and out of the hotel at night. The touts are mostly friendly and I didn't hear any of the noise from Beer Street suggesting that the rooms are sound proofed well.
