“Exceptional Stay with Minor Drawbacks”
This hotel truly stands out as a gem in Cozumel. The facilities are stunning, from the beautiful restaurants to the inviting bars. The staff went above and beyond, consistently attentive to every need, which added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and noise from the corridor.
Despite this, it was a fantastic stay, and I would wholeheartedly...

Loved our stay at the Hilton Hotel Playa Del Carmen. The hotel has everything you could want in an all inclusive stay. I would say the food was a huge plus, all restaurants were great and the food was very fresh and tasty. We ate at Asiana 3/4 nights we were there it was that good! Our room was very spacious, equipped with all the amenities you could ask for.

Itzil and Serafim were both amazing. Treated us as family. The breakfast and choices were great. They also had a free shuttle within a 4km around the area and would take you into town and then pick you up when ready.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! From the exceptional attentive staff to the 'out of a designer magazine' decor everywhere, Jashita is simply the best boutique hotel in Tulum.

The property is very nice and overall we had a good one week stay. The beach is great, food is overall good and the staff were mostly great, especially the guy at the taco truck! However, there were just a few things that didn’t make it worth five stars and I’m not sure we’d return.
The beach service was hit and miss. In the end we worked out if we sat in the area in front of Su Casa the guy there was excellent, anywhere else and it was terrible.
Unfortunately my wife and I both got food...

You pay a very high premium to stay at the beach. no breakfast included also extra for bike hire
Recommend stay in Tulum town for less breakfast/ bikes included with pool, and commute to beach using beach clubs.
Seaweed is a real problem, discoloring the water

Great hotel for a short stay in Tulum, room was very big and spacious. Rooms are pretty clean and presentable. Bike rental was great for us to save a couple $ on local transport. Walkable to some decent dining options on the south side of the main drag. Pretty easy bike ride down to the beach. The road the hotel is on isn’t illuminated at night but we felt very safe around the area generally.

The sheets were really conducive to a great sleep! Rooms were spacious and excellence housekeeping. We had a look at breakfast and nothing was that worthy of eating.
The location means you're forced to take taxis and the taxis will play their usual fee jacking up game.
For reference, you can get a taxi from the street to Xplor for 100 mxn but you'll be left on the opp side of the street. In the hotel, it's at least 200.
There's nothing around the hotel and you are limited to buying basics...
