Hyatt Ziva Cancun All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My third time back and we enjoyed our time here as we have in the past. Service is the best I’ve experienced in all Cancun resorts as Hyatt staffs embody the client first approach. Staff standouts: Daniel. He personally dropped off electrolyte drinks to our room for my sick wife. Angelica at the Habaneros is always pleasant and lovely. One downgrade - AC at the cafe and the candy shop is turned off compared to my July visit. The cafe and the candy shop no longer enjoyable to sit in because it’s so hot in there. I hope they keep it back on."

Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed here Oct 8-11 or my birthday weekend trip and I can honestly say that this resort exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been to multiple all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, but there was never one that I would rate highly across the board. Typically, if the vibe at the resort is great, the food may not be that good or the amenities are not that great but this resort hit everything on the nail. From the time we arrived, we were treated with utmost care and respect. The property is beautifully maintained, and you see people working around the clock to make sure that every detail is great. Our concierge, Hugo was amazing, Alfredo at the daiquiri bar was so energetic and Maya who served us at the steakhouse two nights was also really amazing. I didn’t get his name, but the host at the steakhouse (tall guy) was so full of energy, and even remembered us the night before we left and remembered that I was there for my birthday. Things like that just went a really long way for me. I’ve had great experiences at other all-inclusive resorts but nothing to make me want to go back there specifically as I don’t mind getting to know other places, but I definitely am going to return to Riu Palace Kukulkan. Here offers a perfect balance of relaxation & fun and id you’re looking to party, free shuttles are available to go to their party sister resort"

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed at Temptation Resort in August and had a great time! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall experience. One suggestion I have is to keep the pools open later at night and offer nighttime pool parties with music, entertainment, and swimming. I think this would be a great addition and make the resort even more fun, especially for guests who want to continue enjoying the pool after dark. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"

Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Our Junior Suite was amazing—it felt almost like an apartment! The rain shower was one of my favorite features; I joked that I wanted to pack it up and take it home. The room was consistently clean, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. I initially requested a room change because I wasn’t satisfied with the location of our first room for the price point. The staff accommodated us based on availability, and our new room had beautiful lagoon and ocean views. The balcony, robes, amenities, and overall comfort were excellent. The location was also a major plus—very convenient and close to everything. Most of the staff provided excellent service, and my concierge deserves 5+ stars! He was attentive and available whenever we needed him. I was also very pleased with the photography services and our photos.i had one negative engagement with a bartender on the 21st floor. What kept this from being 5 stars was the entertainment and especially the food. There wasn’t much to do at times, and unfortunately, none of the food really stood out. Restaurant meals were mediocre and often not hot enough, while room service consistently arrived cold or lukewarm. If the dining experience matched the accommodations, service, and location, this easily would have been a 5-star stay. Overall it was a great vacation and I would recommend it for couples seeking a quiet relaxing stay.-not entertainment"
