The hotel is very well appointed and starting with a beautiful lobby to very comfortable guest rooms. All the staff are excellent and can’t do enough to make sure you are looked after. They are so friendly providing a high level of service. The sauna, pool and rooftop bar were an excellent way to end a hectic day in Hanoi!

Staff was amazing, very helpful and always went above and beyond! They helped us book our airport ride, helped us with luggage, open doors every-time we went in and out, probably best hotel service we had in Asia out of the 11 hotels we stayed at. Hotel was beautiful, lobby always had AC blasted, rooftop bar and pool was very nice, zero complaints! Great location, steps to everything including some must try spots like Pho 10. Lots of cafes, shops and food spots along the street. Most cab rides are 5-10 mins if needed and cost about 30k dong, roughly $1.50 Canadian. We did not make it to breakfast so cannot comment.

We had a balcony suite which was beautiful. Everything was spotless and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice, including the option to have it in-room. We would most definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely first class hotel! Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Quin is the go to for all tours you may want to arrange and is super helpful. Rooms are fantastic and the atmosphere at the rooftop bar is amazing as are the bar team up there. We stayed twice during our visits to Hanoi and the balcony room on our second stay was a class above. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and food is delicious.

Lovely hotel located between the old quarter and the French quarter. Very easy to walk just about anywhere. Tons of great restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful and responsive to any requests or questions. Great stay for a very fair price. Breakfast is varied and delicious!

We stayed here for 7 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is pretty clean and is walking distance to a lot of iconic places and points of interest. This place is truly a 5 star Boutique Hotel. Every single staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Their response to your needs is impressive and attention to details is impeccable from the door man, front desk to housekeeping. A big shout out to Quin (Guests Relations Officer) who made sure we are comfortable every single day of our stay here.

The hotel is gorgeous & our room was fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the lake, the night market, great restaurants & bars, and shopping. But what truly made the stay great was the staff. Everyone was warm & friendly, and eager to help. Prem & Jerry were both amazing, Prem from the moment I booked the hotel until we left, and Jerry from the moment we walked in the door until we left the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!!

This is a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff. Good taste room albeit small. The staff went out of their way to give us breakfast boxes as we left early for Sapa. They have a private sauna, steam room for guests. Highly recommended.
