15 minute Hoppa ride. List of pizzas, non available. Nice .cheeseburger though. Had outside room with window. Nice view of planes coming into land from 6 am. Noisy then but inside rooms might be quieter. Staff efficient and friendly.

The only plus to this hotel is that it’s near the airport. I had the misfortune to encounter a rude night manager that had a real attitude problem. The rooms are very basic but was clean. Very creaky bed and the hotel was quite noisy due to the volume of people wanting cheap stays.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Basic but perfect for what we needed. Felt safe and service was very friendly and helpful. Also close to bus lines to get to central London and airport.

Many service providers do not accommodate early check in . Contact term is less than 24 hours therefore extra fees are charged but only upon arrival not explicitly explained to vendors nor end users . In the case of Accor their web app is crummy and works to further the group’s interests not the consumers and this is why I used your services

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Extremely small, many men smoking outside front door. Smelly and unkept. Worst of all had a prostitute come to our door. Horrible experience.
