This was a great place to stay for the two days we had before our cruise. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. It is also convenient to get to from the airport with free train service if you land at a different terminal. It is also convenient to catch the train to London.

The best things about this hotel are the staff who are incredibly polite and helpful, the restaurant we were impressed by the dinner that we had at the restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful in the morning also. The location of the hotel is close to airport terminals
